Observation

There were staff who were employed for three months who had not completed applicable training within three months of hire. There were staff without training in Blood Borne Pathogens. There was a staff member employed for longer than 3 months without completing Child Care Basics who did not complete trainings in emergency preparedness, serving children experiencing homelessness, abusive head trauma, and recognizing and reporting abuse and neglect at time of inspection.
